Ralph Seccombe

Ralph Seccombe is a former public servant (Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the United Nations). He has published on international drug control issues and travel, especially sailing. In recent years he has worked as a volunteer for Lifeline, the Sydney Heritage Fleet, a Skeptics group and an environmental organisation.
