Paul Dabrowski

Paul Dabrowski has over 20 years of business consulting, management training and hands-on entrepreneurial experience.

Paul was awarded a PhD in Business Management and Masters Degree in Mathematics by the Warsaw University. Paul has also completed postgraduate studies in Creativity Development and received a Graduate Certificate in Accounting at Swinburne University.

As a business consultant Paul has prepared business and marketing plans, has been involved in overseas strategic partnership and real estate investment projects. Current interests include creative win-win negotiations, creative business and financing strategies.

As a consultant and trainer Paul has particular interests in:
• entrepreneurship facilitation programs;
• creative business growth and financing strategies; and
• negotiations, dispute prevention and creative resolution (from a holistic perspective).

Paul has been teaching at Monash, Swinburne and Warsaw universities, TAFE colleges and in various management-training courses. Subjects taught include entrepreneurship, negotiations, strategic and international marketing, group problem solving, managerial accounting, leadership and creativity training. Paul had companies such as KPMG, Mercedes and Coca-Cola Amatil as clients and was NEIS mentor.

Paul has developed and run courses on creative business design, business growth strategies. Among others, has developed a courses ‘How to Invent Your Own Business’, “Creative Ways to Finance a Business’ and ‘Creative Win-win Negotiations’.

Paul’s career highlights include directorship of the Negotiation Centre of the Polish Employers’ Confederation and chairmanship of the Negotiation Culture Fundation.

Paul has published a book The Practical Theory of Negotiations (in Polish, two ed.) and over forty papers in academic and business magazines. He runs a training and consulting business, Creative win-win – a Holistic Centre of Negotiations and Entrepreneurship.
