Mullin' over Mulan: 'Snot what you do, it's the way that you do it

SP: “I think it’s snot.”

AC: “No it’s not.”

SP: “No it’s snot.”

AC: “So we are agreed it’s not.”

SP: “Yes we are agreed it’s snot…..”

The fundamental question to Minister Absnott and Jane Halton, the Secretary to the Health Department in Canberra , is this: If this whole intervention is to be evidence based, how do we measure what is snot and what is not? Some will argue that some material is snot; others that the very same material is not. So what is snot evidence and what is not?
