Israel's legal right to act as it had since 1967 was grounded in articles 6 and 25 of the 1922 League of Nations Mandate for Palestine - preserved and permanently enshrined in article 80 of the United Nations Charter. Disgracefully – it was the Security Council that was acting in flagrant violation of international law in breaching Article 80 of the UN Charter.
Every UN resolution purporting to deny the Jewish people's vested legal right to reconstitute the Jewish National Home in any part of former Palestine located west of the Jordan River - is not worth the paper it is written on.
That includes General Assembly Resolution A/ES-10/L.31/Rev.1adopted 124-14 with 43 abstentions on 13 September 2024 welcoming:

the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice of 19 July 2024 on the legal consequences arising from Israel's policies and practices in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and from the illegality of Israel's continued presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory...
It's all smoke and mirrors.
The advisory opinion has no binding force.
The stench of Jew-hatred still runs deep at the UN.
American Charge D'Affaires at the UN – Dorothy Shea - gave the clearest indication yet that Trump was readying to get rid of Resolution 2334 when stating on 21 March at a briefing session of the Security Council:
The stated purpose of this meeting is to report on the implementation of Resolution 2334, the passage of which was a mistake and whose ongoing discussion is a distraction from the real threats to international peace and security.
Indeed, it is an impediment to this Council's work to address them.

Rescinding Resolution 2334 - as Resolution 3379 was rescinded – will help clean out the UN stables of endemic Jew-hatred - ensuring Elise Stefanik's noble objective is achieved.
