In April 1945 the Jewish Agency for Palestine submitted a Memorandum to the United Nations Conference on International Organization held in San Francisco requesting:
In view of the unique character of the Palestine Mandate and the special rights of the Jewish people thereunder, no action should be taken at the San Francisco Conference which would be inconsistent with or prejudicial to the special rights of the Jewish people under the Balfour Declaration and the Palestine Mandate, and all such rights shall be expressly reserved and safeguarded.
The Conference listened and the Conference acted – inserting article 80 into the UN Charter.

The Security Council is obligated to comply with article 80 and ensure the right of the Jewish people to live in Judea and Samaria (West Bank), Gaza and East Jerusalem remains reserved and safeguarded – not deny that right as Resolution 2334 clearly does.
This will send a message to the Jew-hating mobs worldwide that Jews are not stealers of Arab lands - that Jews have the right to live in any part of the territory of former Palestine located west of the Jordan River.
The General Assembly rescinded Resolution 3379 – the Security Council should rescind Resolution 2334.
