Fernando Messias

Fernando Messias is Senior Director at the Global Academy For Future Governance (GAFG) and Chair of the GAFG Global Maritime Governance Forum (GMGF). He has a PhD from the University of Algave. Fernando is a Portuguese lawyer, international arbitrator and researcher specialising in governance, strategic leadership, artificial intelligence and international trade law.
