Shirley Owen

Shirley Owen is a retired physiotherapist who graduated from University of Queensland in 1949 and has practiced both here and abroad. She practiced in Toowoomba for more than 30 years, mainly in women's health both at St. Vincent's Private Hospital for ten years before establishing her own private practice. She is also a retired member of Zonta International but remains an online activist in support of humanitarian issues. During this time Shirley also raised a family and is a grandmother and great grandmother.
