Andrew Carr

Andrew Carr was born and raised in Canberra, infecting him with an interest in politics from a young age. To that end he has pursued careers in journalism, academia and politics.

Andrew is completing a PhD examining how Australia has promoted ideas of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, free trade and co-operation against people smuggling in the Asia-Pacific.

He has lectured and run courses on International Relations and published on the foreign policy of the Rudd government (The Rudd Government, ANU Press–forthcoming 2010). He can be contacted by twitter: @aocarr or by email: Andrew@andrewcarr.org
