Tom Robinson
Tom Robinson is the Chief Administrator of Global Emergency Response and has received President George H.W. Bush's "Thousand Points of Light Award", two "Governor's Gold Medals", "National Heroism Award", among others, for his work in fire prevention and training. He founded the Virginia Fire and Police Training Center and Museum, a National Historic Landmark. He also serves as President, Center for Education for Professional Firefighters, Lima, Peru.
Global Emergency Response is headquartered in Richmond, VA. USA, with associate offices in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Houston, Texas; Lima, Peru; and Moscow, Russia. It responds in collaboration with EMERCOM, Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations.
