Tim Meehan

Tim Meehan is a Brisbane criminal defence lawyer, and Managing Partner of Brisbane-based national criminal defence law firm Ryan and Bosscher Lawyers.

Tim joined Ryan & Bosscher Lawyers after his admission to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in early 2000. In February 2003 Tim became a partner of the firm. Tim is now the Managing Partner of both the Ipswich office and Toowoomba office.

The challenge of advocacy, the protection of individual rights and the upholding of the presumption of innocence (which is all too often eroded) are all key elements in Tim's passion for criminal law.

Tim has experience in all criminal jurisdictions, appearing as an advocate in the Children's, Magistrate's, District and Supreme Courts.
