Tom Balen

Tom Balen is a Fellow at The Globalisation Institute, a free market think tank searching for “enterprise based solutions” to poverty. He has previously worked for Malcolm Wicks MP, Minister of State for Energy at the Department for Trade and Industry. He is actively involved with London Young Labour, and from 2006 Tom reads History at Cambridge University.
