Patrick Parkinson

Professor Patrick Parkinson is a Pro-Dean of Law at the University of Sydney. He chaired the Review of the Children (Care and Protection) Act 1987 that led to the enactment of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998.
