Kay Stroud

Kay Stroud is a self-syndicated health columnist who writes about the connection between consciousness and wellbeing, particularly spirituality and health. Because her own spiritual practice of Christian Science healing has helped her so much over the past four decades she's curious to see how the elements involved are being recognised and implemented in society. For instance, science is increasingly exploring the impact consciousness has on medical outcomes.

Kay writes regularly for local media in NSW, Queensland and ACT and is a regular contributor to Online Opinion. She blogs at www.health4thinkers.com and works in media relations for Christian Science in northern-eastern Australia.
