Mark Moran

Dr Mark Moran is a governance specialist in Indigenous and international development. He has an unusual combination of technical and social development skills with a degree in civil engineering and a PhD in social science. He has first-hand experience of working in Indigenous communities in north Queensland and central Australia, and in developing communities in China, Bolivia, Lesotho, and Timor Leste. His areas of technical experience include local governance, decentralised public finance reform, home ownership, participatory planning, appropriate technology, and rural infrastructure.
