Wayne Graham

Dr Wayne Graham is currently Executive Officer, Higher Education Project with Port Macquarie-Hastings Council in New South Wales. He was previously Lecturer in Management at the University of the Sunshine Coast where he taught Leadership and Team Dynamics, Applied Research Methods, Management Strategy and Managing the Organisation. He has presented his research at national and international conferences and he has published his research in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, he has co-authored three case studies for an Australian strategic management textbook. Before working in the tertiary education sector and local government, Wayne had over 10 years experience in the automotive industry, where he held various positions including Team Leader and Fleet Sales Manager. He has undergraduate degrees in business management and organisation development and a PhD in strategic management.
